Brad Strelau is a pastor at Coquitlam Alliance Church and an expert on the impact of technology on youth. He’ll be exploring the themes from the book The Anxious Generation by John Haidt, focusing on how smartphone usage affects kids and teens. Brad will also share practical tools and strategies for navigating technology with your family. 

The evening will offer a space for parents to share their experiences and insights with others, and we hope it’s encouraging to be with other parents and talk through your experience. We’ll also have a copy of the book as a gift for you if you don’t already have it.
