"A Walk in Refugees' Shoes"  will be an interactive opportunity to learn more about the refugee experience. We will hear stories from refugee claimants who were once newcomers in Vancouver. We will also be equipped with knowledge and best practices to enter into mutually beneficial, cross-cultural friendships with newcomers and refugees in our city, in response to Jesus's invitation to welcome the stranger and love our neighbours.

Inspired by God's love, Journey Home Community walks alongside and supports newly arrived refugees in our cities who are seeking asylum.
